Are you looking for a way to get in tune with your body again?

Let us help you through a bi weekly or monthly class where you will go through a journey that begins with a purposeful meditation. Once you are relaxed and ready to begin, we will go through a series of yoga poses that are specialized to coincide with hands on stretching and massage. We will close with a relaxing meditation that includes a warm, lavender eye bag.

All materials are provided and sanitized between classes.

Hello,

I am excited to be partnering with Joy to provide you with this amazing class that is tailored to get your mind and body working together.

As a medical centered body worker I feel that having body neutrality is a must to feeling well. However, you can have it all together physically and still not be relaxed mentally.

As a mother of 3 with very limited time but a desire to have a more purposeful schedule, I feel that this class is a great way to be able to center myself, have the "treat" of me time, and honestly-get away from the work of being a Mom for a splendid 2 hours.

Lets get out of the vicious cycle of either or and do both.
