I attended school at Blue Heron Academy of the Healing Arts and Sciences in 2006.​

Medical massage, while relaxing, is not a Swedish or relaxation massage. Medical massage involves getting to know your body and why it is reacting the way that it is so together we can work on getting it back to neutral and out of a pain cycle with stretches and massage that I tailor to you.

I have nearly 20 years of experience with pain therapy and stretching techniques that I combine with the knowledge I have gained through practice to remind your body that it can repair itself with a little help.

My hope I can empower you to do just that!

Jenelle is absolutely fantastic! She gets right to the issues/tight muscles and works them out so I'm pain free, relaxed and more flexible. And she doesn't stop there....she gives me stretches based on tight areas for me to do at home, so that areas she's worked out during the massage are areas I can continue to keep stretched at home.
